Cubs prive events for early Professionals

Background

At Cubs Privé, we are dedicated to providing insights for professionals in technology and business. Our talks are from those in the industry who want to 'give back' to those who are starting out and developing their careers.

The concept is that we keep to Chatham House rules and not publish what is said so we can speak with as much candour as possible (see FAQ below).

What are Chatham House rules?

"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed." Link to Chatham House website.

How do I get my Company to be a member of Cubs Privé so I and my colleagues can participate in the Technology events?

It is very 'light' touch, please let us know of a Manager or Director who would act as a focal point for the programme. A simple email would suffice to hello@cubsprive.com with their acknowledgement that employees may wish to attend these events.

I am very interested in attending the events, but I may not know anyone there, what would you say?

At Cubs Privé, we will ensure that you are welcomed on arrival to these inclusive events, and if you wish, we will introduce you to others there.

Why do you make a small charge and can I have a VAT invoice?

This is to cover a small part of the room booking for the event. If you require a VAT invoice for expense remboursement, please contact hello@cubsprive.com and we will send one over to you.

How many participants will there be?

We will limit to around 30 places, so there will be small audience and there will be the opportuntity to discuss with others before and after the talk.
