You will receive a welcome email with all the détails of when and where to go on the Day.  On arrival at the building (IET Savoy Place) you will be given directions to the classroom where you will be welcomed by the course lecturer and  introduced to all the participants (max 5 others). 

No.  The course is relevant for all sectors.  The key is that you are working or will work with one or more clients.

We would Ask with respect to others on the course that you refrain from using your phone.  If you have to leave to make a phone call, there is an area near the room where you can make your call or send messages.

There will be two Comfort breaks of 10 mins during the course.  There will be teas, coffees and water available throughout the course.

There will be hardcopy summaries of the key points from the course, we would kindly ask you to make your personal notes discretely please with minimum distraction to others.

Yes.  The test (12 multiple choice questions with a 75% pass rate) is not there to catch you out, and the content of the course provides all the answers :) .   There is a Certificate for passing the course that is generated by the CPD.
